Referral Bonus Program Rules

Referrals are not valid unless all of the following requirements are met:

  • The referral bonus will be paid after the referred person has been hired as a W2 employee by JAWOOD and works full time for 3 months, OR, after a part-time referral works 500 hours within 12 months of referral submittal
  • No limit to the amount of referral bonuses you can earn
  • An "earliest received" policy will apply in the event that your referral has already been submitted by another person and your referral will be promptly accepted or rejected according to the policy
  • Your referral must be hired by JAWOOD within 1 year. If your referral is not hired within 12 months, you must resubmit your referral to continue referral bonus fee eligibility
  • Bonus eligible referrals must include the name, resume, and contact information of the person you are referring - a submission of your own resume does not constitute a referral
  • JAWOOD corporate employees and their families are excluded from the referral program
  • Any individual can submit a resume to JAWOOD; ; however recruiting and staffing agents/agencies and their employees of the referred party are not eligible for a referral bonus fee
  • Referrals will not be eligible if the referred candidate is already in the JAWOOD database
  • The referral program rules are determined by JAWOOD management are final and may be subject to change at anytime
  • Any fees you earn will be paid pursuant to the rules regarding Form 1099-MISC, and you agree to accept exclusive liability for complying with all applicable state and federal laws governing self-employed individuals, including obligations such as payment of taxes, social security, disability and other contributions based on any fee(s) paid to you.
